Vet bill increase
According to a recent article an increasing number of dog owners are finding themselves struggling with a recent hike in vets fees. Some owners have compared the bills they have faced with purchasing a holiday or new plasma television.
Vets fees increase an average of 12% per year yet the RSPCA has found that only 12% of dogs are currently covered by insurance. Their research also suggests the most common ailment is a broker leg which can cost owners an age of £1000 in vets fees.
